J. Paul Norris completed his bachelors degree at New Mexico State University in 1998. There he achieved his business degree with a Major in Finance and a Minor in Accounting. Paul became a Reinsurance Analyst at Southwest Reinsure, Inc. in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There he was a Accountant and Financial Analyst responsible for over 25 clients across the United States. In 2000 he joined his father Edward Norris and step mother Patti Norris in the growth of Norris Construction, Inc. Paul has assisted in the completion of 7 U.S. Postal projects in 5 different states and helped bid on projects in over 7 states. Paul is studying for his general contractors license which he will qualify to take in the near future.
